Homeless Outreach
Prescott enjoys four seasons and winter blizzards aren’t out of the question. Catholic Charities team members outreach to unsheltered persons to get them into life-saving shelter. If individuals refuse to move to a shelter, our team will distribute winter survival gear.
Winter isn’t the only time our team is active. Our PATH (Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness) program searches for these vulnerable persons wherever they are—on the streets, in alleys and in the surrounding forests.
This team works to identify seriously mentally ill persons experiencing homelessness and engage them with resources, services and treatment opportunities while treating them with dignity and compassion. Learn More
